Shipping
We CANNOT guarantee any shipping times, since items mailed are at the mercy of the Post Office once they leave here.  A flat rate shipping fee of $3.50 applied to all domestic orders.  This fee includes tracking.  International shipping is available at a flat rate, starting at $4.00 per order.  We will not replace orders lost in the mail before they have been out for 14 days.
 
Due to issues with international shipping, we can not offer tracking to all locations.   Please check international rates to see how much tracking will add to orders.  There are some cases in which upgrading to a service that offers international tracking costs over thirty dollars.
 
Firearms can only be shipped to FFL holders.  Shipping costs for firearms vary.

Payment Methods
 
All grips can be purchased using "Buy Now" buttons.  The buttons are set up using use Paypal to handle the purchase.  I can accept Payment in the form of US Postal Money Orders sent to the address on the contact page.  Other payment forms may be accepted on a case by case basis and at my discretion.

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc., is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, and the billing address, is not visible to us, and is securely handled through PayPal.   We do not store customer information, so please include shipping or payment information with any exchanges or returns.

Returns:
Returns will be subject to prior authorization by Tractiongrips and are normally limited to an exchange for another product.  Customers who wish to return an unwanted item for refund may request to do so, but a 10% restocking fee (minimum $1 fee) will be charged to cover expenses relating to the completion of a sale.  Items retuned for refund must be in original condition unless defective and a pre-approved refund is arranged. Shipping fees are not refundable.  All sales are final for Custom Printed, or Limited Edition grips, unless we goof something up.
Please include the name the purchase was made in, the date of purchase, and the payment type with returns.  Since we don't keep customer information on file, please include shipping information and a note indicating what is needed if an item is sent back for an exchange.
Our goal is to treat all of our customers fairly.  If we goof up, we expect to make it right at our expense.  If a customer goofs up, we will work with them as much as possible to get them what they need.  To be fair to us, we have implemented the restocking fee to cover expenses we get stuck with if somebody changes their mind about a purchase after it is shipped.

International Shipping:
We are currently only shipping to the USA and Canada. We have temporaily suspended all other International shipping. This is due to chargebacks and refunds being issues due to delays i transit, and extensive Customs wait times relating to COVID-19. If you live outside the USA or Canada, and wish to purchase the grips, please email us at sales@tractiongrips.com, and we can try to work out an alterative payment option. PayPal is just too quick to issue refunds when things don't arrive in what used to be normal shipping times.  We're seeing far too many claims of nondelivery, which result in refunds, ony to see the pacjkages delivered ashort time later, with no compensation. It's become a game for some buyers, who are using the delays to obtain free merchandise.  
 
Cancellations:
Due to the costs of packaging materials, and nonrefundable transaction fees,  along with lost shop time involved in dealing with cancellations, we are forced to start including cancellation fees, unless the reason is related to an item being unavailable as ordered. Cancellations will result in a $1 fee  subtracted from the refund amount.
